Everything’s here in plain sight, so there are no surprises on the day. Please review before booking.
Your slot is confirmed on full payment. Rental time includes setup and teardown, so book an extra hour if your setup is involved.
≤30 min: 500 kr · 30–60 min: 1.500 kr · each further hour: 2.000 kr/hr (excl. VAT). Let us know in advance if you need longer.
More than 7 days out: full refund. More than 3 days: 50%. Within 24 hours: non-refundable. (Minus third-party card fees.)
Booking confirmation. Studio time is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment.
Rental time. Includes setup and teardown; the studio must be vacated by the end of your booking. If setup takes time, book an extra hour.
Overtime charges. ≤30 min: 500 kr; 30–60 min: 1.500 kr; each additional hour: 2.000 kr (excl. VAT). E.g. 1h10m = 3.500 kr.
Cleanliness. Leave the studio as you found it, tidy up, remove trash and clean any spills.
Equipment handling. Handle all equipment with care. Damage is the renter’s financial responsibility.
Equipment check. Check the condition of equipment at the start and report any pre-existing damage.
Furniture & props. May be moved, but must be returned to their original positions at the end.
Wall usage. No nails, screws or adhesive tape on walls, only approved removable methods, with prior approval.
Floor protection. Take care moving heavy equipment to avoid scratching or damaging the floor.
Food & drink. Permitted only in designated areas, away from equipment and shooting areas.
Smoking & vaping. Strictly prohibited anywhere on the premises.
Open flames. Candles and open flames are not allowed without prior written consent.
Hazardous materials. Flammable liquids and other hazardous materials are strictly prohibited.
Noise levels. Keep noise reasonable to avoid disturbing other users or neighbours.
Children. Must be supervised at all times.
Pets. Allowed only with prior approval; the renter is liable for any damage caused.
Maximum occupancy. No more than 10 people in the studio at any one time.
Background paper. Only use the amount of background paper you need.
Paper damage. Damage to background paper is charged at 65 kr (excl. VAT) per metre, tears, footprints, stains, excessive wrinkling.
Liability. The studio is not liable for personal injury or loss of personal belongings on the premises.
Allowed gear. Only use gear you’ve paid for or that we’ve provided. Unsure about something? Just ask, we’re accommodating.
Zero tolerance, vandalism/theft. Police will be called immediately in such instances.
Zero tolerance, conduct. No bullying, racism, sexism or aggression toward staff or customers. Offenders are asked to leave, with no refund.
Full refunds are minus card and third-party fees. Answer all checkout questions accurately, and let us know any special requirements before the day so we can accommodate them.
By booking and using the studio, you agree to all the terms above, including the cancellation policy. You also confirm you’ve reviewed the studio floor plan, the included equipment and props, and any other guidelines provided before your booking.
