Here’s a list of rules for our photography studio, covering usage, damages, material-specific guidelines, and renter acknowledgement:

1. Booking Confirmation: Studio time is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment.
2. Rental Time: Rental time includes setup and teardown. The studio must be vacated by the end of the booked time. If your setup takes time, be kind and book one more hour.
3. Overtime Charges:

   Hvis studiet ikke er forladt ved bookingens afslutning, pålægges følgende overtidstillæg:

   • Op til 30 minutters overtid: 500 DKK (ekskl. moms)

   • 30 til 60 minutters overtid: 1.500 DKK (ekskl. moms)

   • Hver efterfølgende time efter den første time: 2.000 DKK pr. time (ekskl. moms)

   Eksempel: Hvis du bliver 1 time og 10 minutter ekstra, er det samlede overtidstillæg 1.500 DKK + 2.000 DKK = 3.500 DKK (ekskl. moms).

   Vi kan have bookinger efter din, derfor beder vi dig venligst om at give besked på forhånd, hvis du har brug for mere tid.
4. Cleanliness: The studio must be left in the same condition as it was found. This includes tidying up, removing trash, and cleaning up any spills.
5. Equipment Handling: All studio equipment must be handled with care. Any damage to equipment will be the financial responsibility of the renter.
6. Equipment Check: The renter is responsible for checking the condition of the equipment at the start of the rental and reporting any pre-existing damage.
7. Furniture and Props: Furniture and props may be moved, but must be returned to their original positions at the end of the rental period.
8. Wall Usage: No nails, screws, or adhesive tape are allowed on the walls. Only approved, non-damaging methods (e.g., specific types of removable tape) may be used with prior approval.
9. Floor Protection: Use caution when moving heavy equipment to avoid scratching or damaging the floor.
10. Food and Drink: Food and drink are permitted only in designated areas, away from equipment and shooting areas.
11. Smoking and Vaping: Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited within the studio premises.
12. Open Flames: The use of open flames, including candles, is prohibited without prior written consent.
13. Hazardous Materials: The use of hazardous materials, including flammable liquids, is strictly prohibited.
14. Noise Levels: Noise levels must be kept at a reasonable level to avoid disturbing other studio users or neighbors.
15. Children: Children must be supervised at all times.
16. Pets: Pets are not allowed in the studio without prior approval. If approved, the renter is responsible for any damage caused by the pet.
17. Maximum Occupancy: The maximum number of people allowed in the studio at any one time is 10.
18. Background Paper Usage: Only use the necessary amount of background paper.
19. Background Paper Damage: Any damage to background paper will be charged at 65 DKK ex VAT per meter. This includes tears, footprints, stains, and excessive wrinkling.
20. Liability: The studio is not liable for any personal injury or loss of personal belongings that may occur on the premises.
21. Allowed Gear: You are not allowed to use gear which has not been paid for, or explicitly provided to you by our staff. This includes items such as podcasting equipment, cameras, etc. We are very accommodating, so please talk to us before using any equipment you are unsure about.
22. ZERO Tolerance (Vandalism/Theft): There is ZERO tolerance for vandalism or theft. Police will be called immediately in such instances.
23. ZERO Tolerance (Conduct): There is ZERO tolerance for bullying, racism, sexism, or any form of aggressive or disrespectful behavior towards our staff or other customers. Individuals exhibiting such behavior will be asked to leave the premises immediately, and no refund will be issued.

Booking Rules & Cancellation Policy

• Checkout Information: Please ensure all required questions are answered accurately during the online checkout process.
• Special Requirements: Any special requirements or requests must be communicated to the studio management before the day of your booking to ensure we can accommodate them if possible.
• Refunds & Cancellations:
  • Cancellations made more than 7 days (168 hours) prior to the scheduled booking time are eligible for a full refund (minus card payment fees and such 3rd party fees).
  • Cancellations made more than 3 days (72 hours) prior to the scheduled booking time are eligible for a 50% refund.
  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled booking time are non-refundable.

Agreement and Acknowledgement

By booking and using the studio, the renter explicitly agrees to all the terms and conditions outlined in these rules, including the booking and cancellation policy. The renter also confirms they have reviewed the studio floor plan, the list of included equipment and props, and any other provided studio guidelines or documentation prior to their booking.
